Children & Families Ministry

Here in the Parish of St Peter & St Paul we see the discipleship of our children and young people as vital to the life of our churches. We show them spiritual values through teaching and Bible stories, worship and prayer. We want our children and young people to develop into mature Christian adults, so we give them our time and energy both on Sundays and in the week.

Sunday Club

What? In Sunday Club we have lots of fun looking at stories from the Bible and issues of the Christian faith through games, songs, craft and Bible exploration. We spend time altogether and also in smaller age groups so everyone can have something at their level. To view a term card of what we’re currently looking at click here (it can be downloaded once opened).
When? During normal Sunday morning services at St Peter & St Paul and St Philip.
Who? Children aged 3 up to school year 6.
Holy Moley
What? Holy Moley is for all those who want to have fun and explore the Christian faith in a bite-sized, engaging way. We have 'Moley time' which is packed full of games & craft and 'Holy time' when we look at stories from the Bible and what they mean for us today. For more information and the latest Holy Moley news you can visit our website, our Facebook page or contact the Holy Moley team.
When? Thursdays, 5-6:30pm during term time at St Philip.
Who? Children who are 7-10 years old.

Afternoon Church

Our intention is to help all ages worship and encounter God through activities, music and Bible teaching, so that parents and children will grow together in their faith.
